Imagine: You are the queen of the universe

When your heart opens in an (empowered) man’s presence, he is mesmerized (I can assure you this).

You’ve spent so much time thinking that if you really open your heart to him, he will look away or feel put off, but what if when you are willing to reveal your deepest moment-by-moment experience, he is actually thinking “she trusts me, she believes I’m capable and worthy of this”.

What shifts for you when you imagine intimacy like this?

So many women have experiences where their Truth causes someone (especially a man) to tremble and she interprets this as a reflection of her.

Little does she know that she is hiding the oxygen from depleted souls.

Queen of the Universe, when you share your heart with another human, you give them a glimpse into divinity.

…Into oneness.

…Into their own humanity.

All at once.

Real intimacy is the balm for generations of dysfunction.

It is counterintuitive, but the dysfunction stops in moments of this type of revealing.

Being in this energy naturally inspires them.

When you trust another person with your rawest truth, you dissolve the belief that you aren’t allowed to speak.

It feels like self-confidence and security and boosts your belief in your worthiness.

You, in turn, give voice to the women who taught you that it is safer to shut down or not reveal

And you create growing room for the generations that will follow you, gifting the opportunity for them to be deeply heard and healthy too.

You see, everyone wins when a woman expresses her heart.

It is a deep expression of love and healing, not something to be confined.
